泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩桩端后注浆技术的研究与应用

摘    要:选择场地内有代表性的位置,做了三组单桩竖向承载力特征值试验,一组为SZ1~SZ3,桩径φ600mm,桩端后注浆,另一组为SZ4~SZ6,桩径φ800mm,不注浆;第三组为SZ7~SZ9,桩径φ600mm,不注浆;三组桩的桩长均为34m;在布置桩位时,注浆桩SZ1~SZ3与非注浆桩SZ4~SZ9间距保持20m以上,以防止桩端后注浆对其产生影响。试验结果表明,SZ1~SZ6最低单桩竖向承载力特征值为2 900kN;SZ7~SZ9最低单桩竖向承载力特征值为2 100kN;泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩采取桩端后注浆技术,其单桩竖向承载力特征值至少提高38.1%,单桩工程造价减少21.3%。

Abstract:Three sets of single pile vertical bearing capacity tests have been carried out in selected representative positions.The first set is SZ1~SZ3,pile diameter φ600mm,base post-grouted;another is SZ4~SZ6,φ800mm,ungrouted;the third is SZ7~SZ9,φ600mm,ungrouted,all pile length of the three sets is 34m.In pile position layout,intervals between grouted piles SZ1~SZ3 and ungrouted piles SZ4~SZ9 were kept 20m more,to prevent influence from base post-grouting.The test results have demonstrated that: SZ1~SZ6 single pile minimum vertical bearing capacity eigenvalue is 2900kN;for SZ7~SZ9 is 2100kN.When base post-grouting technology is used in slurry wall bored piles,their single pile vertical bearing capacity will increase 38.1% at least,construction cost reduce 21.3%.
