| 摘 要： | 以河北省昌黎县龙泰铁矿竖井工程为例,介绍了大直径回转钻机钻井法在竖井施工中的应用,并详细阐述了锁口、钻孔、井壁制作与安放、充填与固井等工艺过程。结果表明：在地质条件复杂、地下水含量丰富,尤其是存在着流砂层或巨厚卵石层等易塌陷等地质条件时,大直径回转钻机钻井法作为一种机械化程度高、施工进度快、工程造价低、安全可靠的施工方法,可以解决矿山竖井施工中的这些难题;同时,采用大直径回转钻机钻井法竖井施工,不会干扰地方、村民等正常的生活和生产活动,不受地层、地下水、地域、地方干扰等影响;与普通掘进法和冷冻法相比,该方法具有安全、高效、机械化作业程度高、适应性广泛、施工方便等优点,是值得推进的一种竖井施工成井方法。
