三峡沉积物中重金属污染累积及潜在生态风险评估

摘    要:分析了三峡库区主要支流表层沉积物样品中15种重金属元素(Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr、Tl、V、Mn、C、Ni、Sr、Ag、Sb、Sn和Mo)的含量水平和分布规律,并采用内梅罗污染指数、地累积指数法和潜在生态风险指数法,初步评价了沉积物中重金属污染状况和潜在生态风险。研究结果表明:(1)三峡库区支流表层沉积物中重金属Cd、Zn和Cu等呈现污染加剧态势,其含量范围分别为0.36-1.22 mg/kg、55.8-182 mg/kg、24.0-93.1 mg/kg;(2)内梅罗单因子污染指数(Ii)和地累积指数(Igeo)指示研究区域中Ag、Sb和Sn等多种重金属污染累积效应显著;(3)研究区域中多种重金属内梅罗多因子污染指数(Pn)和潜在生态风险指数(RI)分别为3.41-11.1和204-568,表明研究区域为重度重金属污染,潜在生态风险较高;(4)三峡库区主要支流表层沉积物呈现出以Cd为主的多种重金属复合污染特征。

Abstract:The occurrence and accumulation of 15 heavy metals, Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, Tl, V, Mn, C, Ni, Sr, Ag, Sb, Sn and Mo in the sediments collected from main tributaries in the Three Gorges Reservoir were analyzed. Meanwhile the potential ecological risks of these heavy metals were calculated and assessed using Nemerow Index method, index of geoaccumulation (Igeo) as well as Lars Hakanson Method based on concentrations measured in this study. The results indicated that (1) the Three Gorges reservoir was increasingly polluted by Cd, Zn and Cu, with concentrations ranging from 0.36-1.22 mg/kg, 55.8-182 mg/kg and 24.0-93.1 mg/kg, respectively;(2) Nemerow Index and Igeo disclosed the obvious accumulation of Ag, Sb and Sn; (3) Nemerow Index and RI values in this area varied from 3.41-11.1 and 204-568, respectively, implying heavily pollution by heavy metals and resultant high ecological risks in the studied area, which were mainly from Cd;(4) The pollution characteristic of multi-metals in this section was mainly related to Cd.
