| 摘 要： | 农田水利工程地理信息系统管理的对象是一个离散性的、多中心的数据处理群体。如何有效地组织利用数据是农田水利工程信息系统在技术上面临的主要问题。本文根据农田水利工程管理的行业特点,详细阐述水利工程信息管理系统的开发过程及其相关技术。
