摘    要:目的是探讨X线,CT与ECT对各期股骨头缺血性坏死的诊断值与评估,材料和方法采用了对82例股骨头缺血性坏死的早,中,晚期在此三项检查中的不同表现做了回顾性分析,结果得到X线对早期改变无特征,对小于0.3cm以下的囊变易漏诊,CT对早期病变的诊断较X线优越,但ECT在股骨头坏死最初数周期既可呈放射性缺损“冷区”。结论是早期病变ECT为最理想的检查手段,中晚期病例,X线对病变分型有帮助,CT做诊断的特

Abstract:Purpose:This study assesses the diagnostic value of X-ray, CT and ECT onischemic necrosis of femoral head in different stages. Materials and Methods In 82 cases withischemic necrosis of femoral head in early.Middle and advanced stages, the findings in X-ray,CTand ECT examinations were studied with retrospective analysis. Results No early findings werecharacteristic and the lesions less than 0.3cm might be missed in X-ray films. The CT scans inearly diagnosis were superior to the radiograms. However, ECT examinations showed theradioactive defective "cold area", even at the first several weeks after onset. Conclusions: for earlylesions ACT are the most ideal examinations method. X-ray helps to distinguish the type of lesionsin middle and late stages. CT in the characteristics and anatomical resolution of lesions is clearlysuperior to ECT and it may give a reliable judgement for the size, shape, site and extent of lesions,which helps to guide and locate operation.
