摘    要:2014年11月下旬和12月上旬,南疆西部的克州地区出现了两次灾害性大风天气,12月8日克州阿图什的大风突破建站以来的历史极值。本文利用常规观测资料和NCEP 1°×1°的6小时再分析资料,对这两次大风天气成因进行了对比分析。结果表明:秋末冬初南北支高空急流震荡汇合时,汇合处易出现西北大风;高空斜压槽和强锋区、地面强冷高压及南疆西部热低压是发生此类大风天气的影响系统;高空中期环流形势、冷空气强度、动量下传决定了大风的类型与强度;温度平流、垂直运动的强度及配置与大风强度关系密切。

Comparative Analysis of Two disastrous winds in Winter of 2014 in Artux of Xinjiang province

Abstract:In late November and early December of 2014, two disastrous winds appeared in Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture which located in the west of the southern Xinjiang, and on December 8th, windy weather in Artux breakthroughed site since the extremum of history . In this paper, two windy weather was analyzed comparatively based on conventional observation data and NCEP 1°×1° 6hourly analysis data. The results showed that northwest strong wind appeared easily while westerly and northern jet oscillated and converged in the upper level during late autumn and early winter ; the circulation situation induced by such windy weather included baroclinic trough and strong front zone in upper level, strong cold high pressure in surface and thermal depression in west of southern Xinjiang; the type and intensity of strong wind was determined by medium range circulation, cold air strength, whether there was downward momentum transportation or not. In addition, the intensity of the temperature advection, vertical movement and the divergence field configuration directly affected the strength of wind.
