| Abstract: | In order to insist the most strict caltivated-land-protect system,keep the caltivated-land red line for 120 million hectares,this article advises how to set up land consolidation and reclamation project information manangement system by informatization,how to realize the dynamic monitoring to land consolidation and reclamation projects and cultivated-land requisition-compensation balance manangement,to ensure the mission of caltivated-land protection. |
