摘    要:在海洋环境里,发光细菌广泛地存在于水体,鱼和头足类的发光器官、体表和消化道中.由于它们能发光,较易分离,计数方便,国外一些学者常选择它们作为海洋细菌生态学研究的材料.不过,以往国外对发光细菌的研究,多侧重于发光机制和分类方面,而其生态学研究,早期只有Beijerinck(1889,1916)在北海等处作过观察.

Abstract:The distribution and composition of luminous bacteria in the estuary of the Changjiang River were investigated preliminaryly. Luminous bacteria were found in all of the 24 water samples collected in various depths at 6 stations on October 23-25 in 1979.It was observed that the abundance of luminous bacteria(total number) appeared to be 0.33-3.67 colony-forming units(CFU) per m1.94 luminous bacterial strains were determined and showed to consist of both photobacterium mnndmpmmensis and Lucibacterium haraeyi. L. harveyi was mainly found in surface sediments and also found in midand lower-water, but P.rrsandatpamensis was present throughout the whole water column. In a survey of physiologicaland biochemical charactersities of P. mmndupnmensis strains, differences were found in the fermentation of sugars.
