| Abstract: | Based on the aboundant data, in this paper, special soil foundation and the relationship between flood control and construction ant the Liuyang city proper is expounded. The authors point out it is pledge for city construction sustainable development to strengthen the comprehensive research of city environment, city scene, localistic characteristics and historic civilization, when we plan the city flood control engineering. |
