人造金刚石钻进中岩石研磨性的试验研究

摘    要:本文据金刚石钻进过程的特点,提出了用模拟方法确定岩石的研磨性。利用专门的装置与材料。笔者研究了人造金刚石和钻头胎体的磨损机理、岩石和金刚石之间的动摩擦系数及其变化范围;在统一的操作规程下测定了19种岩石的研磨性。除分析了岩石的物理机械性质、研磨性和破岩参数之间的关系外,还提出了岩石按研磨性分级表;并初步探讨了胎体耐磨性与岩石研磨性之间的适应性及其判别式。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of the diamond drilling process and in the light of simulation test, a method of determining the abrasiveness of rocks is proposed. By using the special device and material, the author has studied following points: the mechanism of the wear of synthetic diamond and the bit matrix, the law of kinetic friction factor and its variational range between diamond and rocks, the influence of the parameter of fragmental rock on abrasiveness as well as the measurement of abrasiveness of 19 kinds of rocks on uniform rules of operation. In addition to analysing the relation between abrasiveness and physical and mechanical properties of rocks,and that between abrasiveness and technical parameters of rock failure, the writer suggests a grading scheme of rocks according to their abrasiveness. Finally, this article reports the preliminary research of the adaptability between wear-resistance of bit matrix and abrasiveness of rocks, and puts forward a discriminant for evaluating the effect of adaptability.
