| 摘 要： | 土地作为一种必不可少的自然资源、资产和生产资料 ,越来越重要地参与到社会经济活动中 ,因此对土地价格进行客观合理地确定就成为土地管理工作中的一项重要任务。由于我国土地有偿使用起步晚 ,发展快 ,在确定土地价格中暴露出一系列问题 ,就此提出了自己的看法并予以探讨。

| Abstract: | As an important natural resource, assets and productive goods, land attach ts itself to activities of societal economy more and more vitally. So it is an important task that land price is made certainly objectively and reasonably. Because the beginning of land remunerative utilization is later and its development is rapider, the confirming of land price emerges a series of problems. Some opinions about land price are brought forward and discussed in this report. |
