| Abstract: | The GIS software for the risk assessment of urban geo-environments was designed on the basis of Microsoft Visual C 6.0 platform.The present paper deals,in detail,with the theory and method of the GIS software development as well as the requirement,applicability,basic structures,main functions and thoughts on the design and implementation. |
