| 摘 要： | 区位分析是理解区域工业集聚和发展的一个重要视角,近年来在克鲁格曼的"新经济地理学"、波特的国家竞争优势理论和"新区域主义"等学说的推动下,区位分析重新引起了学者们的高度重视.基于企业调研和统计资料,分析了建国后各个阶段兰州工业企业的建立与区位条件的关系.研究表明,区位条件与兰州工业企业的建立紧密关联,但影响工业企业建立的主要区位要素是变化的,且区位要素同其他社会经济要素特别是与政策要素共同决定了兰州工业发展.区位分析是理解我国区域经济发展的有效工具,但区位分析应置于"特定背景"之中,把地方特征、外部联系和宏观结构性力量结合起来.

| Abstract: | Location analysis is an important perspective of understanding regional industrial agglomeration.More and more focus has been laid on location analysis in recent years under the push of Krugman's "new economic geography",Porter's competitive advantage of nations and new regionalism.Based on enterprise survey and historical statistical data,the paper analyses the changing relationship between location factors and establishment of large industrial enterprises in Lanzhou.It is found that the establishment of large industrial enterprises in Lanzhou could be explained by location factors to a great degree,but industrial development in various periods was related to different location factors and rather than alone,location factors effectively influenced industrial development in Lanzhou together with other socio-economic factors,first of all,changing institutional elements.It is argued that location analysis is an efficient tool for understanding regional industrial development,but by doing so extra-regional interactions and macro-structural powers must also be taken into account. |
