南京双门楼综合楼基坑支护设计与实测研究

摘    要:在城市深基坑开挖施工中,钻孔灌注桩和钢筋混凝土支撑具有良好的挡土和支护作用,而深层搅拌桩和桩间旋喷桩形成的双层止水帷幕则具有良好的止水作用。结合南京某工程实例,利用上述关键技术解决了城市中心超深基坑的支护设计及施工问题,取得了较好的安全和经济效益,对类似工程地质、水文地质条件下的深基坑工程有很好的借鉴意义。

Abstract:During the construction of deep foundation excavation in urban area, cast-in-situ bored pile and reinforcement concrete were provided with retaining and supporting function and deep stir pile and meso-pile rotary jet grouting pile formed a dual water-proof curtain, the curtain possessed a fine water-proof effect. Based on the case study in Nanjing, the authors generated solutions on the supporting design and site construction for deep foundation pit by using cast-in-situ bored pile and reinforcement concrete as well as deep stir pile and meso-pile rotary jet grouting pile technologies.
