摘    要:煤炭是中国的主要能源和资源,但同时也是主要的污染源。从保护环境、合理利用有限的化石资源的角度和中国的具体国情考虑,应该大力开发温和化高效煤的新工艺,使煤炭资源逐步由能源型利用转化为材料型利用,近年来,我们在煤的溶剂萃取,脱硫降灰机理,煤相关模型化合物反应,煤焦油中稠环芳香族化合物的分离精制,功能性高分子单体合成及一氧化碳高效吸附剂的制备等方面做了大量的研究工作,结合这些研究工作,本文介绍了煤化工的

Coal Chemical Engineering Facing the 21st Century

Abstract:Coal is the main fossile resources and energy, but meanwhile it is also a main pollutionsource in China. From the viewpoints of environment protection, reasonable utilization of thelimited fossile resources as well as the existing condition of China, it is necessary to developnew technology greatly for high efficient coal cleaning under mild conditions,and thus to turnthe utilization processes of coal resources gradually from the utilization as energy only tothose as chemicals and materials. In recent years, we have been doing great deal of fundamental studies on coal extraction with various solvents, the mechanisms of the deashing anddesulfurization of coal, the reactions of coal-related model compounds, the separation and purification of polycyclic aromatics from coal tar, the syntheses of monomers for functionalpolymers, the preparation of effective asorbents for purifying CO, and so on. Combined withour recent work, this paper reviews the status in the research and development for coalchemical engineering, including various coal-cleaning processes, coal-derived chemicalsprocesses and the processes for coal-derived carbon materials. Basing on the limited resourcesof coal, the urgency to reduce environment pollution and the necessity of high value-addedutilization of coal, we emphasize that non-fuel utilization of coal should be an importantsubject.
