| 摘 要： | 目的：通过Ｘ刀在ＣＴ下的定位扫描来确定病灶，为Ｘ刀放疗治疗计划确定靶点，制定治疗计划提供准确的数据。方法：本文通过回顾性总结出了Ｘ刀在ＣＴ下的定位与高太注射器配合使用的方法，较详细地介绍了所用设备的主要参数指标以及参数的设定。结论：该方法定位显示病变清楚，提供数据准确。可以迅速完成治疗计划，并保证治疗的完整、精确、直观、高效和安全。

| Abstract: | Purpose: The article is to tell how to fix the focus' position by CT scan and to Provideaccurate data for both target-setting of X-knife radiotherapy and working up a therapeutic schedule.Method: The article reviews and summarizes the utilization method of the X-knife position-finding under CT scan and its cooperation with high -Pressure injector intreduces in detail the main parameterindexes and the setting of relevant parameters . Conclusion : The position-finding method can show thefocus clearly and protide accurate data. The whole therapeutic procedures can be gone though in a shortperiod and the completeness, accuracy, direct observation, high -efficiency and safety can also byguarantee |
