| 摘 要： | 蒙古国所处地质构造复杂，由于经济落后，地质工作程度较低，资料多形成于20世纪80年代以前。近年随着蒙古国国内市场的开放及矿业开发的加快，在蒙古国已发现了较多的金矿床及矿（化）点；蒙古国东、南、西部与我国的新疆、甘肃、内蒙古、黑龙江等省（区）接壤，其东、南、西部一带大地构造位置及成矿环境与我国相邻省区相同或相似，其成矿条件具有一定的类比性。由于地理区位优势，近年我国进入蒙古国从事矿产开发的投资者颇多，因此研究其金等金属矿产的分布特征有助于我国赴蒙投资者较准确把握投资地域及方向，减少盲目性。
