钻孔灌注桩端后注浆技术的工程实践

摘    要:杭州城东某区块高层建筑原设计以强风化泥质岩作为钻孔桩端持力层,桩长为62—65m。在分析了场地工程地质条件的基础上,认为该设计不利于钻进与混凝土灌注,桩基础成本高,提出了采用钻孔桩端后注浆技术,选择园砾层作为桩端持力层,有效桩长设计为40m。详细介绍了钻孔灌注桩的设计参数、加固机理、工艺流程和施工工艺,总结出注浆技术的实践经验。通过验证砂砾石地层桩端后灌注桩承载力及最大沉降量均达到设计要求.为本地区同类工程的桩基础设计与施工积累了经验。

Abstract:From standards to criteria the coal seam stability is always a qualitative classification, it is difficult to grasp in practical works and cannot be treated equally without discrimination. The mathematical statistics although endow with coal seam stability a quantitative concept, but because of only considering dispersion of each data point, cannot reflect each data point distribution, as well as coal seam changing extent. To select coal seam characteristic parameters in reason and make up contour on the basis of each characteristic value in assessment area is rather intuitional and effective method to assess coal seam stability.
