摘    要:永州市九牛岭特大桥为衡枣高速公路横跨湘江的特大型桥梁工程.其主墩设计为4×Ф380/Ф300cm变截面大口径桩基。其中1^#墩位于湘江冲刷岸的水下倾斜岩石边坡上,坡角45°。根据该区水域工程特点,结合近岸岩面边坡上的影响因素,确立了搭建钢管桩平台的施工方法。在分析平台搭建、钢护筒安装、成孔防漏防斜等施工工序难点的基础上,采取了相应的措施及工艺方法。施工实践表明:在岩石斜坡上综合采用钢索、锚桩、锚碇块、钢结构搭设施工平台和安设大直径钢护筒及封底止水堵漏等施工方法,可有效加快施工进度,提高工程质量。

Abstract:The Jiuniuling outsized bridge of Yongzhou City is an extra large bridge stretching across the Xiangjiang River on the Hengyang-Zaomupu expressway, the designed main pier has a4 ×Ф380/Ф300cm varying section large-diameter pile foundation. In which, No.1 pier is situated at underwater slant rock slope of the Xiangjiang River scouring bank, and has a 45° slope angle. Based on characteristics of water body engineering in the area, combined with impacting factors of bank rock slope have determined to use steel pipe pile platform construction method. After analyzed difficulties in platform building, steel pile easing installation, borehole completion leakage and deflection prevention etc. corresponding measures and technical methods were adopted. The construction practice demonstrated that: the integrated construction methods of wire rope, anchor pile, anchorage, steel structure setting up construction platform, installing of large-diameter steel pile easing and bottom sealing leakage stopping etc., can quicken up construction pace and improve engineering quality effectively.
