山区公路边坡水的防治探讨

摘    要:水是边坡失稳的主要诱发因素之。地表水对土质边坡的影响主要是冲刷作用和渗透作用;地下水对边坡的作用主要表现在物理作用、力学作用以及化学作用三个方面。通过诸永高速公路公盂互通A匝道滑坡防治实例,计算出在考虑地下水的状态下,潜在滑坡HP边坡稳定系数K=0.900,边坡处于极限平衡状态,而在不考虑地下水的状态下,潜在滑坡HP边坡稳定系数K=1.345,边坡处尚于稳定状态。根据边坡的具体情况,提出应对边坡地表水及地下水进行有效的阻挡、疏导等预防措施。

Abstract:Low degree of geological investigation, too much copied content from other reports, inconsistency and focal points have not been stood out are prominent issues in some coal exploration geological reports at present. The causation is mainly from shortage of coal geological and exploration professionals, knowledge structure maladjustment to job demand, too much working load on technical personnel, weak technical management links, attenuating "to carry out exploration, data analysis and design adjustment simultaneously" in geological exploration and faulty geological report assessment system etc. In allusion to quality issues, put forward to comply with geological working regulations, define exploration cycle in reason, strengthen qualified personnel ranks construction and highly attach importance to any suggestion on technical management to promote quality of coal geological exploration report improvement and satisfy coal industrial development demand.
