钻孔夯扩白灰水泥土桩在工程中的应用

摘    要:某工程设计要求地基承载力特征值达到250kPa,而天然地基承载力特征值仅为160kPa。根据场地环境条件.采用了钻孔夯扩白灰水泥土桩进行地基处理。该方案取消了保桩桩,变柔性桩为半刚性桩,通过桩、桩间土和褥垫层一起形成复合地基,达到了即加固地基,又减少了工程造价的目的。介绍了该方案的设计计算程序及现场施工中的技术方法。经现场载荷试验检验,处理后的复合地基承载力均不小于250kPa,沉降量为17.79~28.80mm之间.满足设计要求。

Abstract:A project designed eigen value of foundation bearing capacity is 250kPa, while eigen value of natural foundation is only 160kPa. Based on site environmental condition, bored ramming-reaming lime cement-soil piling is used in foundation treatment. This scheme has canceled protecting piles; semi-rigid pile replaced flexible pile, to form composite foundation by pile, soil between piles and cushion. Thus can reinforce groundsill and reduce project cost as well. The paper introduced design, calculating procedure of the scheme and technical methods in site construction. After site loading test checked out, composite foundation carrying capacities all above 250kPa, settlement is 17.79-28.80mm and satisfied design requirement after processing.
