摘    要:由于黑河中上游的水土资源近年来的大规模开发利用,加之缺乏有效的水资源管理,使得下游河道来水量逐年减少,进而产生了一系列严重的生态问题,为了遏制这种恶化,以及加以恢复和重建下游的生态环境,自2000年7月开始在黑河下游实施国家分水方案。本文根据近五年来的黑河分水资料以及对分水前后地下水监测区的地下水位观测资料进行分析,探讨了分水过程及分水量在各年的变化,以及分水前后地下水位的时空变化,同时依据前人的一些研究结果,探讨了分水前后地下水位与生态环境之间的关系,尤其是地下水位与植被生长之间的关系。进而为下游分水以及生态环境建设提供科学依据。

Abstract:In the recent years,the quantity of water through the riverway at the lower reaches of Heihe River is continually reducing year after year because the water and soil resources of the upstream,midstream of Heihe River have been utilized and developed extensively without efficient managements.Thereby a series of serious ecological problems were brought up.For taking control of the ecology and environment degenerating situation,recovering and rebuilding the ecology and environment at the lower reaches of the Heihe River,the national water transport project has been put into practice since July 2000.This paper discusses the processes of water transport and its changes in the recent years and the temporal and spatial variation of groundwater level,basing on the data of water transport and the groundwater level observation data before and after the water transport project implementation.At the same time,the paper discusses the relationships between groundwater level and ecology and environment before and after water transport project implementation,especially the relationship between the groundwater level and the vegetations.These conclusions can provide some science guidance for water transport and restoring ecology and environment at the lower reaches of the Heihe River.
