| 摘 要： | 基于中尺度自动气象站雨量资料和广西气象台雨量预报等资料,利用C#、SQL和MeteoInfo类库技术,建成了一个集广西气象雨量实况和预报信息的直观显示、广西地质灾害预警的制作及会商等功能于一体的图形信息平台.平台精确到地质灾害隐患点制作地质灾害气象风险预警,推进了广西地质灾害精细化预报的进程.平台的组建方式和信息的图形直观显示方式可简化工作流程,提高预报质量和工作效率.

| Abstract: | Based on the rainfall data provided by mesoscale automatic weather stations and the rainfall forecast data provided by Guangxi Meteorological Observatory, a graphic information platform is built by using C#, SQL and Meteolnfo class library. The platform is integrated of visual display of the Guangxi meteorological rainfall condition and forecast information, the production and consultation of Guangxi geological disasters warning and some other functions. The platform produces the weather risk warning of geological disasters down to the point of geological disasters, which promote the process of elaborate forecast of geological disasters in Guangxi. The establishment method of the platform and the graphics intuitive display mode of information can simplify the work flow, and improve the forecast quality and work efficiency. |
