| Abstract: | Liaocheng city is an area short of water resources. To support and ensure sustainable development of economy and society by the limited water resources, the issues about sustainable utilization of water resources must be handled well. The article analyzes the characteristics of water resources and existing problems in the utilization of water resources, studies and discusses the measures of engineering and non-engineering to be taken for realizing sustainable utilization of water resources. |
