浮箱式船坞设计

摘    要:该船坞工程设计是将主体结构分成数个钢筋混凝土结构段,采用浮箱结构,沉箱台座预制,水上浮运,水上安装,不做施工围堰,缩短工期,节省造价,坞室有效宽度达24m,是在近海建造干船坞的一种新的尝试。

Abstract:Aceeording to the design of the dry dock (entrance width is 24m ) it was constracted with four separated reinforced concrete floating-caissons which were precasted in the caisson precasting yard, then were floated to the construction site on the sea, set on the foundation under water and fasted to be a dock, the junctions were filled with concrete casted in the water, The Construction method in water didn't need temporary cofferdam, shortened construction period, saved much investment and is an attempt to construct dry dock in the sea
