| Abstract: | This paper expounds the main contents of the Regulations for Table Structure and Symbol of Water Quality Database and principal technology considerations during the constitution. It also analyses how to combine the standards, demands of the application systems and function designing. In the end, it gives an application instance. The purpose of this paper is to lay a base for the next application of the Regulations. |
