石门─长沙铁路产业带建设研究

摘    要:阐述石长铁路的概况和经济地理意义,提出构建石长铁路产业带的具体思路和对策措施,指出应采取点轴开发模式,兴建加工制造业和能源工业走廊以及一系列商品农业基地,并作为沟通我国东部与西部的枢纽地带。

Abstract:There are three purposes of building Shimen-Changsha Railway Industrial Belt: 1) to promote the economy development along the Railway; 2) to link the west Hunan with Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan more closely; 3) to transport the great amount of coal from Shanxi. It is considered that the economic development in this region should adopt the model of point-axis system. In such model, main cities are the poles, the railways and highways are the axes. What need to be developed in priority are the processing and manufacturing industries. At the same the, the area along the railway should be built as the agriculture bases. It should be considered to chars the focuses among the 16 existing development zones. Finally, the way and. direction of sustainable devleopment in the region and the pessibility of cooperation in the economy belt are indicated.
