| 摘 要： | 城市空间基础设施的建设是“数字城市”建设的重要组成部分，空间基础数据在“数字城市”的建设中发挥越来越重要的作用。从哈尔滨市基础地理信息数据库建立的概况、数据库建立模式、方法及技术路线等方面进行了详细的探讨与研究，并就在社会各行业中的应用前景作了展望。

| Abstract: | The construction of urban spatial information infrastructure is the main part of the development of digital city; the fundamental spatial information data plays a very important role in the construction of digital city. This paper discussed and explored the following aspects in detail in the development of Harbin fundamental spatial geo-information databases, namely the overview, the construction pattern, the construction approach and the construction methodology of the fundamental spatial geo-information databases. This paper also gives some prospective applications in different fields in anticipation of the future development. |
