| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析世界信息产业的发展趋势，指出我国与美国等发达国家之间存在的巨大差距，并提出了充分发挥我国工业对信息产业发展的基础作用，推动工业与信息产业的互相促进、协调发展，选择电子信息产业作为信息产业的重点等加快我国信息产业发展的途径。

| Abstract: | The 21st century will be an information society. The developed countries have taken the lead in the transitional stage from industrialization society to information society. The United States have gone ahead of the world. It is the only way for accelerating our country's economy and society to face the reality objectively and soberly, recognize the development tendency of global information industry, recognize the huge gap between our country and the developed countries,go out of the recognition misunderstanding area, set up urgent sense to go in for the internaional competition fully play the basement role of our country's industry on the development of information industry and push forwar the mutual promotion and coodinate development of industry and information industry. It is an effective way for our country's playing the role of "later development advantage" on keeping up with developed countries in information industry development to chare electronic information industry as the key, make full use of the advantage of our country's electronics industry, overcome exsiting shortcomings through structure adjustment, blaze news trails actively, open up international market, choose time - advancing project and carry out the key breaking throughtactic. |
