中国大渤海圈沿岸港口外向型经济腹地的划分模拟

摘    要:本文利用地理信息系统网络分析的方法和技术,对大渤海圈沿岸港口外向型经济腹地的划分,进行了计算机模拟研究,给出了不同划分原则下的模拟结果,显示出计算机模拟研究方法的效能和灵活性。

Abstract:With different criteria, inland always selects a harbour which is considered as most suituble to export its goods.The resulting economic hinterland becomes the social and economic base to realize export trade and affected harbours development. The criteria may be least-distance, least-time, least-cost, or their combination, etc,Also because of the increase or decrease of harbour's handling capacity, the extension or interruption of traffic lines at sea or at land.,the technical innovation, the variation of traffic cost, etc., the economic hinter land is varied and changed dynamicly.The ARC/INFO Network provides a set of tools to simulate the above cases.The China railway network is digitized into computer and its spatial topological file is formed automatically.The nodes and arcs are the elements and can be regarded as centers, stops, barriers, turn points, and flow routes, which are used in network analysis, then we can give some attribution parameters, such as impedence, resources capacity or demand, directions, delay and so on.After setting proper parameters for different specific problems and al-locat the resources, the results are shown on graphic terminal immediand and also plotted by plotter.After connecting the spatial topological files to economic statistic data, we can evaluate many kinds of transportation economic problems in support of government decisions in the fields.
