摘    要:文章对一支长22. 4m的慕士塔格冰芯上部12. 5m的分析结果表明, 细菌菌群分布与尘埃含量具有密切的 对应关系, 初步揭示了大气环流的生物输送作用和微生物对局地环境变化的响应特征。研究表明, 冰芯中可培养 的细菌数量与细菌菌群生物量分布趋势一致, 在一定的深度范围内均表现出剧增或剧减的变化形式, 呈现出不均 一的“层状分布”特征。冰芯中发现的优势细菌类群随深度的变化也表现出明显的“层状分布”特征。与不溶矿物 微粒数量浓度的比较研究表明, 细菌生物量的波动与微粒数量浓度具有很好的对应关系。该项研究揭示了气候环 境变化对冰芯细菌菌群数量及其多样性分布的重要影响。

Abstract:In order to reveal the deposition properties of bacterial populations in ice core, we conducted microbiological and mineral particle analyses of the upper 12.5m of the 22.4m-long ice core drilled from the Muztag Ata Mountain glacier on the Pamirs Plateau. The bacterial numbers vary with the equivalent ice core depth, corresponding to the concentration of particles deposited in ice: the more bacteria, the richer micro-particles. These correspondences appeared unevenly as a "layered distribution", suggesting that the events of microbiological deposition in ice were probably resulted from individual snowfall events and bacteria were most likely transported through attaching to dust particles. From depth 2.0m to 12.5m dominant bacterial group appared by Pro.HGC/CFBPro.LGC/CFB/HGCCry.HGC/Pro.Pro.HGC group sequences.To further determine the response of bacterial species to the changes of climate and environment, we calculated the relative abundance of the predominant bacteria and the quantitative distribution of bacterial populations found in the ice core. The result indicated that the "layered distribution" of bacterial populations is correspond with bacterial diversity at different ice core depths, consistent with the former result. These results suggested an important influence of climatic and environmental changes on the distribution of biomass and the taxonomic diversity of bacterial populations, through environment adaptation and nature selection.
