| 摘 要： | 本文以Visual FoxPro6.0为开发工具,实现高级语言与数据库之间的数据传输,建立了基于基准地价系数修正法的城镇土地估价信息系统,包括系统分析、系统总体框架设计、功能模块设计等,实现了土地估价的科学化、自动化和可视化。

| Abstract: | This paper sets up the system of land appraisal with the tool of Visual FoxPro 6.0.It achieves data delivery between language and database.The system accords to the coefficient ameliorate of land base price, includes the system analysis,the total framing system,the function module design etc.Then it achieves the scientization,automation and visualization of the land assessment. |
