| 摘 要： | 山东省聊城市西部区域地处黄河故道一带,多沙质及沙壤土耕地,地势高而不平,灌溉条件较差,农业产量低而不稳,增加了脱贫致富的难度,其根本问题是缺水。本文对聊城市西部缺水区域的水资源现状进行了调查研究,揭示了本区域目前存在的水资源供需不平衡的严峻形势,并对今后合理开发水资源提出一些可行的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The western part of Liaocheng city in Shandong province is located in the area of old channel of Yellow River,most is sandy and sandy loam soil,its topography is high but not flat,there is poor condition for irrigation.The agricultural yield is low and unstable,which restrict people leave poorness to rich.,the essential issue is short of water.The article investigates and studies the present situation of water resources in the area which is short of water in the western part of Liaocheng city and reveals the existing serious problem of unbalance between water demand and supply in this area and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and recommendations on rational exploitation of water resources in the future. |
