| 摘 要： | 海洋科技人才需求预测是海洋领域人才规划的重要内容,是制定海洋人才战略的基础性工作。在现有人才需求模型的基础上,结合海洋科技和海洋产业发展的特点,分析了海洋科技人才需求预测的步骤和指标体系,建立了海洋科技人才需求的预测模型。

| Abstract: | The prediction of demands for marine science and technology talents is an important item in the aspect of marine science and technology talent planning,and is also a basic work for formulating the marine science and technology talent strategy.In this paper,based on the available talent demand models and the development characteristics of marine science and technology and marine industry,the procedures and index system for predicting the demands for marine science and technology talents are analyzed,and the models for predicting the demands for marine science and technology talents are established. |
