| 摘 要： | 近年来，印度凭借软件产业的迅猛发展，一跃成为仅次于美国的世界第二大软件生产和输出大国。印度软件业在发展过程中呈现出明显的产业地理集聚与扩散现象。借助国内外关于集聚与扩散理论的研究框架，利用印度官方统计数据，从时间和空间两个维度对印度软件产业发展阶段进行了划分，分析了各阶段软件产业的企业内部的集聚特征。把影响印度软件业集聚与扩散的影响因子概括为智力资源，区域环境，供应链环境，政策扶持以及印度特殊的历史文化和社会结构。研究近年来印度软件产业的集聚与从工业中心发生扩散的现象及原因，有利于对我国软件业的发展和集聚地的建设提供启示和借鉴

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the rapid development of the software industry,India has become the world＇s third largest country of software production and the ninth largest economy country. In the development process,India＇s software industry has shown an obvious phenomenon of industrial agglomeration. In this paper,firstly,make the home and abroad research on the agglomeration theory,briefly. Secondly,from the time and space angle,use the statistics of datas,GIS spatial analysis and other methods to make an analyse Indian software industry as the three stages and the features of the enterprise in the agglomeration of these stages. With the impact of high-tech industry concentration factor,we can summarize the factors of the agglomeration of India＇ssoftware industry as intellectual resources,geographical environment,environmen of supply chain and policy-oriented effect. This article also adds the history,culture and social structure of India as a special factor to attempt to analyze the phenomenon that in recent years,agglomeratin centers of software and industrial centers occurred the offset. Finally,draw a conclusion and made a little enlightenment for the development and agglomeration of China＇s software industry. |
