| Abstract: | The paper discussed application of linear programming and gross error detection based on the analysis of common used gross error detection methods.It put forward the linear programming method which is a new method for gross error detection.It also introduced the methodology of optimal solution for linear programming and illustrated the application of linear programming in gross error detection of photogrammetry by instance. |
