| Abstract: | Mineral resources are essential factors of productive forces system.Since human race entered the ci vilized society,the existence and development of productive forces have been closely related to the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources.The mineral resources are the internal factor of productive forces system.The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources display a essential condition of the development of productive forces,and are even more a good criterion maintaining sustainable development of productive forces.The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources are the result and sign of development of productive forces,meanwhile,it either promote or restrict the development of productive forces.The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources do develop productive forces,protection of mineral resources do protect the productive forces.At present in China,we should lead the exploitation,utilization and protection of mineral resources into the market economic system,strengthen the environmental protection and ensure the sustainable development of productive forces. |
