冷轧厂大型弃渣体稳定性分析及处理方案研究

摘    要:冷轧厂大型弃渣体位于金沙水电站导流明渠出口右岸,导流明渠泄流会对其产生回流冲刷,为确保岸坡稳定保护顶部厂矿企业,需对其稳定性、特别是明渠泄流条件下稳定变化情况进行研究。从弃渣体特征入手,采用詹布法等方法进行整体稳定性分析,根据明渠泄流对弃渣体岸坡的破坏模式、程度等,结合导流动床模型试验成果,创新提出了合金网兜+钢丝石笼护坡的柔性防护方案。

Abstract:The large abandoned slag body of the cold rolling mill is located on the right bank of the outlet of the diversion channel of Jinsha Hydropower Station.The discharge of the diversion channel will cause backwash to it.In order to ensure the stability of the bank slope and protect the factories or mining enterprises on the top,it is necessary to analyze its stability,especially the stability changes during the discharge of the diversion channel.Based on the characteristics of the waste slag body,the overall stability analysis is carried out by using methods such as Jabu Method.According to the failure mode and degree of the bank slope caused by the channel discharge to the waste slag body,combined with the results of the model test of the flow bed,the flexible protection scheme of steel mesh and steel wire gabion protective structure is proposed innovatively.
