摘    要:通过分析地勘单位的人才现状,认为地勘单位在属地化、企业化、市场化转变中,要树立人才新理念,加大人才资本的投资,优化人才工作环境,创新人才工作机制,牢牢抓住人才培养、吸引、使用三个环节,向加快才才资源向人才资本的转变,充分发挥人才资本的营运作用,实现地勘单位发展新跨越.

Abstract:Analyzed the personnel status quo in geological exploration industry, the author thinks that during the dependency, to be run as enterprise and general adoption of the market principle transformations have to set up new idea of person with ability, increase investment on human capital, optimize talent working environment and innovate in talent working mechanism. Pay special attention to three links of talent cultivation, attraction and put them in a very important position, speeding up the transformation of human resources into human capital. Give human capital full play to operation, to realize geological exploration industry a new leap over.
