| 摘 要： | 本文应用小波分析核心内容之一的多分辨率分析和Mallat算法，提出一种全新的设计地震动调整方法。调整后的地震动既能满足频谱组成的要求，又能反映频谱组成随时间的变化。

| Abstract: | Based on the wavelet analysis multiresolution analysis and Mallat algorithm, the authors put forward a new approach to the adjustment of the design of earthquake ground motion. The earthquake ground motion adjusted not only needs the requirement of spectrum formation, but also reflects the spectrum formation varying with time. |
