高层建筑结构质量动力评定技术研究

摘    要:结构质量评价对我国住宅产业的发展具有重要意义.本文提出一种基于复合反演算以别高层建筑刚度和阻尼的型动力评定技术.给出了两种解决混合反演问题的时域方法,并通过实例诠释了该方法在局部振动和环境激励下应用的可行性,将此技术结合传统的材料强度测试及静态无损捡测技术,可建立一种包含动力检测方法的新型工程质量评定体系.

Abstract:The structural quality assessment is important in housing industry in China, In this paper, a new dynamic assessment technique based on hybrid inverse algorithms for finding the stiffness or damping parameters of tall building is suggested. Two kinds of time-domain method are introduced for solving hybrid inverse problem. Practical situations such as eccentric vibration exciter test or ambient vibration are considered in numerical examples to illustrate possible application. Combining the technique with traditional quality assessment technique such as the material strength tests and static non- damage detection, a new technique frame of engineering quality assessment including dynamic detection means might be established
