| 摘 要： | 本文通过大量的Ｍｏｎｔｅ Ｃａｒｌｏ随机模拟分析，指出在小震下ＲＣ框架结构截面约束的失效统计相关性服从于“失效独立性假设”，并通过算例分析和相关系数比较验证了这一结论。
