| 摘 要： | 我国国家标准《建(构)筑物地震破坏等级划分》GB/T24335-2009已于2009年7月16日发布,2009年12月1日开始实施。为了更好地了解该标准,本文介绍了该标准制定过程中一些有关问题的研究情况,主要回顾了我国建(构)筑物地震破坏等级划分的发展历史,总结了国内外现有建(构)筑物地震破坏等级的划分方法,并对其优缺点进行了评述。在此基础上,对标准制定过程中存在的问题进行了讨论,给出了相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | The national standard of our country GB/T 24335 -2009 was issued on July 16, 2009 and implemented from December 1,2009. In order to bet-ter understand the standard, this paper introduces several relevant problems during establishing the standard. The development history of classification of earthquake damage to buildings and special structures is reviewed. The cur-rent classification methods of earthquake damage to buildings and special structures at home and abroad are summa-rized and their advantages and disadvantages are commented. Based on this, the relevant problems during establis-hing the standard are discussed and the corresponding solutions are provided. |
