摘    要:在植物立地和室内不同处理条件下,研究了滇池地方居群的蓖齿眼子菜(Potamogeton pectinatus L.)种子的发芽率及幼苗生长.结果表明,自然状态下,蓖齿眼子菜种子发芽率仅为5.3%;切开种皮、较高温度的变温以及层积处理可以极显著地提高种子的发芽率,模拟动物消化系统的酸处理也可以显著地提高发芽率,而用恒定的高温、KON3、硫脲和GA处理对发芽率影响不大,此外,根据试验结果,提出了利用蓖齿眼子菜种子恢复湖泊沉水植被的措施。

Abstract:Seed germination rates of Potamogeton pectinatus were studied under the condition of nature in plants stands and different treatments in the laboratory. The results showed that seed germination rates of P. pectinatus were greatly increased by the treatment of cutting seed coat, alternating temperature, stratification or acid with 0. 5mg/L H2 SO4. The treatment with KNO3 , GA and thiourea (H2NCSNH2) cannot markedly increase seed germination rate. In addition, the ways of culturing P. pectinatus for restoration of aquatic vegetation were put forward according to the results of these experiments.
