攀西地区中、新生代构造特征

摘    要:本文在野外实际考察、陆地卫星遥感资料数字图象处理、判读、彩红外航片构造判读的基础上,指出攀西地区是扬子准地台与松潘-甘孜印支地槽褶皱系间的构造过渡带.根据中、新生代构造特征,可进一步将它划分为被四条近南北向断裂带分割的三个断块.

Abstract:The Panzhihua-Xichang area is located in the middle range of Mt. Hengduanshan and within the transition zone between the Yangtze paraplatform and the Indosinian fold belt. It experienced an intensive tension during the late Paleozoic. As a result of Indosinian and Ye-shanian movements in the Mesozoic, folds and faults were formed. The tectonic events featured a predominant compression and resulted in upwarping, tightly packed folds and 'X' type shear fractures, which extensively distributed in the whole area. During the Cenozoic, Himalayan movement led to crustal uplift of different amplitudes along the lod faults. The chief structure framework was characterized by an alternately zoned packing of the faults and the fault blocks. They stretched in S-N direction and featured predominantly uplift of the fault blocks, resulting in the formation of a series of fault valleys and fault lakes.1 Based on field observation, we have conducted a digital image treatment of 6 multi-wavelength scanning tapes taken by resource landsat MSS, and interpreted 2 000 color infrared ae-rophotos. The resultes also showed the distributive feature of S-N stretcgubg zibed fault blocks and "X" type fault structures.
