岩石破裂过程中电磁辐射的实验研究

摘    要:在单轴压力下对灰岩、花岗岩、石英岩三种样品的破裂过程与电磁辐射进行了实验室试验。结果表明,含有石英晶体的岩石,在破裂过程中产生的电磁信息,其振幅具有脉冲形态;随着应力水平的增高,电磁脉冲的频度增加,与声发射具有同步发展的趋势;不同结构的介质,主破裂前又呈现出平静和高潮两种不同类型。此外,含有石英晶体的岩石其主破裂及解体过程中,伴随最强的电磁脉冲,出现明显的闪光现象。文中对实验结果作了初步的讨论。

Abstract:A laboratory experiment which deals with electromagnetic emission induced by fractures of the samples of limestone, granite and quartzite is presented. The experimental results show that the electromagnetic signals occurring in the fracture process of quartz-bearing rock samples have the following characters: their amplititude is in the shape of a pulse; as stress level increases, the frequency of signals increases too; and it's tendency is basically similar to acoustic emission signals; before the occurence of main-fracture there are two different signal types for different structure medium: quiescence and climax. Besides, between the process of main-fracture and break-down, these quartz-bearing rock samples flash clearly and the strongest electromagnetic impules appear at the same time. Some preliminary discussion about the experimental results are also presented here.
