氧化镍、二氧化钛高压相变及电导率压力效应

摘    要:采用金刚石对顶砧压腔静高压技术,对氧化镍、二氧化钛在0-32GPa压力范围内的电导率进行了测量.结果表明,电导率-压力关系曲线上的一些特征点与同一物质的高压相交点具有一致性.

Abstract:Using Diamond Anvil cell and high pressure electrical conduction measurement technology,conductivities of Nickel oxide(NiO) and Titanium dioxide(TiO2) have been measured under pressure up to 32 GPa.Interesting and singnificant experimental results of electrical conductivities of NiO and TiO2 were obtained in this work.The electrical conductivities of both samples increase with increasing pressure.Variation of conductivity of NiO is weaker than of TiO2. The changing point of conductivity with pressure of NiO corresponds to the phase transformation at 12 GPa.The two changing points of conductivity of TiO2 correspond to the high pressure phase transformations Of TiO2.At 7 GPa,TiO2 transforms from rutil structure to αPbO2 structure.2O-22GPa is the phase。change pressure of TiO2 with new。orthorhombic structure.Our experimental data provide a new evidence for the existence of the phase transformations of NiO and TiO2 under high pressure.
