摘    要:通过对以往能源供应系统地震灾害特点的分析和总结,发现各种灾害形式之间存在着相互作用的关系。研究弄清各种灾害是如何相互联系、相互作用的,就可以采取相应措施,控制灾害的发展。从分析石化系统火灾和爆炸的类型人手,重点进行了石化系统的地震火灾和爆炸相互作用方面的研究。研究结果表明,火灾会使储罐等石化设备自身材料强度下降,内部压力升高,极易引发爆炸;而爆炸产生的灼热碎片极易点燃周围的可燃物,引发新的火灾。

Abstract:In this paper, through analysing and summarising the earthquake disaster characteristics of energy supply system in the past, the interaction relation of various disaster forms is discovered. If the interaction relation of various disaster forms is made clear, the corresponding measure will be taken to control disaster development. This article commences from analysing the fire and explosion type of petrochemical system, the interaction relation of the earthquake fire and explosion of petrochemical system is researched. The results indicate that the fire will make material strength of the petrochemical equipments oneself to descend, the internal pressure is increased, causing an explosion easiest; the explosion output scorching hot fragment ignites the combustible things of surroundings easiest, new fire may be produced.
