摘    要:根据第四代《中国地震动参数区划图》编制中采用有效峰值加速度(EPA)的特点,结合概率性方法和确定性方法优点,建议了确定重大工程场点设定地震的原则和方法。该方法根据危险一致的原则选定最大贡献潜源,利用震级空间联合分布函数确定设定地震震级、震中距,最后根据震级、震中距和地震动衰减关系确定设计地震动反应谱。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of effective peak acceleration (EPA) compiled in the fourth China Ground Motion Parameter Zoning Map, combining with the good points of probability and determinacy methods, the principle and method for the supposed earthquake to determine the vital project site has been established. Based on the principle of risk-coherence, this method chooses the most contributive potential sources, utilizes the linking distribution function of magnitude space to determine the supposed magnitude and epicentral distance. Finally, the response spectra of ground motion of the supposed earthquake are determined by the magnitude, epicentral distance and attenuation relation of motion.
