| Abstract: | Based on the research report on seismic tendency from 1990 to 1997, this paper outlines medium-long term anomalous background and medium-short term anomalies before the M6 1 South Yellow Sea earthquake on October 11, 1996, analyses the characteristics and the evolution course of the anomalies before the earthquake and presents the forecast opinion offered by the Seismological Bureau of Anhui Province before the earthquake. |
